Pursuit has a vast collection of reports for evolving customer requirements, covering the normal client, policy, claims and accounts aspects of the insurer and broker.
Global settings can be applied to ensure that reports are on-brand, negating the need to manually update individual reports.

Validation at the point of capture to ensure the cleanest possible data, to Policy frequencies support e.g. monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual periods. In addition, all actions relating to a policy are recording in an inviolate audit trail. Fee and commission structure flexibility along with the automatic generation of standard letters from the various processes, e.g. policy schedules, endorsement letters, cancellation letters, unmet premium notification, debit notes.
The system has the facility to do bulk policy renewals, Bulk re-rating and the Commercial policy schedule requirements conform to MultiMark III standards.
Confidential notes can be captured on each policy, while Quotations’ can be issued, and on acceptance, converted to policies without any recapture of information.

Pursuit includes a comprehensive insurance accounting module which can be interfaced to a 3rd party ledger. The module facilitates premium collection and has the flexibility to integrated with 3rd party debit order collection systems.
Premiums can be split across multiple insurers and risk types, and bordereaux payments can be created and processed. The system generates the broker and agent (in levels) commission statements, allows for bulk processing, and supports SA tax structures which includes VAT processing.
